Returns

If you order the wrong tire or part and that the order is already placed at the supplier, we cannot stop the orders at the suppliers once their invoice is made. In this case, if you ordered the wrong tire or part, a service fee will apply and to that, a 25% restocking fee will be added.  If the order has not been placed yet, at the supplier, no fees will apply.  Note that no items can be returned after 30 days of the purchased date.

No items from the closeout section can be returned.

 

Helmets and apparel only

Return new and unused items to Pete's Superbike within 7 days of receipt and receive a refund for the item price paid. Shipping fees going and back or any cost associated with international shipping, duties, taxes or brokerage fees are non-refundable.

Items which have been used or installed on your bike will not be accepted for refund.

Returns must include all tags, packaging and be shipped in a sturdy shipping box.  Do not use the manufacturer box as the shipping box.  Items received which do not meet those criterias will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

 

To report a product defect, warranty claim or if the wrong item was received please contact customer support by email at info@petessuperbike.com  We will explain you all the procedure.  Keep a copy of your tracking number. We are not responsible for lost packages.  A refund back to the original payment method used will be issued upon receipt by Pete's Superbike.


No returns or exchanges on:
•Electrical items  (If the part was defective that would be handled under the manufacturers warranty).
•Used merchandise of any sort. Please make sure the items are in the same condition you received them in. If you install the parts or ride in the gear at all it is used and cannot be resold.
•Special order items and or any item made to a custom spec (custom size, color etc...).
•All discontinued items.

 


Warranty

All product warranty is the sole responsibility of the manufacturer.  Pete's Superbike will assist you with any warranty claim to the best of it's ability as customer service.

All items that are returned to Pete's Superbike, for manufacturer warranty consideration, must have shipping paid to and from our store.

 

 

Tire Warranties

We do not stock or order defective tires.  If you have an issue with a tire, the same thing would of happened from another store and the same procedure is honored by all dealers accross Canada.   Please take in consideration, we do not fabricate the tires, we are only resellers.

Warranty procedure for tires is, you have to send us back the defective tire and fill in the questionnaire below, please do a copy paste. You can also send us the form by email at info@petessuperbike.com

What happens next is when we recieve your tire we will send it to the supplier it was purchased from.  They will examin it to see if it's covered for warranty.  This procedure can take 4-5 weeks.  This waiting time is out of our control. When we will get the confirmation from the supplier (that the tire is covered by the warranty) we will gladly send you another one.

If for some reason you want another tire before the warranty decision is taken please feel free to purchase another tire on the site.  When we get refunded from the supplier, we will refund the last you purchased.

Unfortunately no labor or shipping costs are covered under warranty,

Take note that this happens very rarely, our average is very good out of over 10,000 tires sold per year, there are not even 10 claims in a year.

Items that originate from the USA

For all items that come from the USA, all warranties are dealt with the company's in the USA directly,  Pete's Superbike will assist you as best as they can in the procedure.  Customer is responsible to get their items to the supplier or maufacturer directly.  Here are the companies that are from the USA:  Pitbull Racing, Woodcraft, MotoD Racing, Armour Bodies, Hotbodies Racing, GPR, HM Quickshifters, M4 Exhausts, Starlane and XT Racing.
