A. Exactly, we are no longer affiliated to them. All the service is done in house now with our own qualified service people. The parts department has also moved with the service department.
Q. Are prices in canadian or us funds?
A. All our prices are in canadian funds.
Q. Who do you ship with?
A. We ship with Fedex Ground.
Q. How long does shipping take?
A. We are located in Montreal Canada, shipping depends where you are located. It's roughly 1 to 10 days for Canada and the United States.
Q. Can i pick up my order at the store?
A. Yes, you can order on the site and pick it up at the store just choose local pick up at checkout.
Q. I'm looking for a specific part but can't see it on your site, can you order it?
A. Yes, we can get many more items, just email us. We are adding new items daily.
Q. I'm getting my tires installed at my dealer, can i have my tires shipped there?
A. Absolutely! when doing your checkout just put your dealers or installers address and we will gladly ship there.
Q. Are the tires you sell new?
A. All our tires are brand new and ordered daily from our suppliers.
Q. Do you charge sales taxes out of Quebec?
A. Yes, you pay respective tax for each province. For tires you do not pay the tire tax. Quebec excluded.
Q. Do you sell or distribute any of my information (email, phone number, etc)?
A. No, Pete's Superbike does not distribute any information that you provide. We take personnal information very seriously. We will never sell, loan, rent, offer, or give away any of the information that you provide to us.
Q. How do I find what model my motorcycle is?
A. Please check the exact year/make/model of your vehicle before placing a parts order. Look at your vehicle operators manual for specific vehicle information. You can often find model information on the steering head or frame. We also added on our front page a motorcycle guide.
Q. I didn't recieve the right item i ordered. What do i do?
A. You have to contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will issue you a return number, then we will have Fedex pick it up at no charge. As soon as you provide us the tracking number via email, we will ship you out the right item.
Q. The item i recieved is damaged. What do i do?
A. You have to contact us within 48 hours of recieving the item. We will issue you a return number, then we will have Fedex pick it up at no charge. We will send another item (same as ordered) out as soon as we get the tracking number.
Q. I ordered a helmet and apparel, they don't fit. Can i return them?
A. Unfortuanately there are no returns on helmets and apparel. Please make sure you have the exact fit you need before ordering.
Q. Do you offer special prices for dealers/wholesalers?
A. If you own a motorcycle store you are certainly welcome to order from us. However, the prices will be the same as the ones advertised online for the tires. For all other parts we can open you a dealer account, just contact us by email.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Pete's Superbike currently ships only to the Canada and United States. We de not ship to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses.
Q. If i choose (store pick up) or buy directly at the store. How long can i leave my items at the store?
A. You have exactly 45 days from the date of purchase either on the site or in store to pick up your items. After that the items will be considered abandoned by the customer. Under no circumstances will a refund be issued either in full or partial.

Q. What is the costs of changing my tires or the hourly rate?
A. Prices are available online.
Q. What are the service department opening hours?
A. Monday to friday from 10 a.m to 5 p.m.
Q. I want to order my tires on your site but also want to get them installed.
A. No problem, place your order and at checkout all you will have to do is click on Request service appointment. Once the tires are in, we will give them to the service department and they will call to schedule and appointment. It's that easy! Hundreds of customers use this option!
Q. Does the service answer the phone?
A. Yes, they answer between their regular opening hours, worse case leave a message and they will call back.
