Q. Who do you ship with?
A. We ship with Fedex Ground.
Q. How long does shipping take?
A. We are located in Montreal Canada, shipping depends where you are located, its roughly 1 to 10 days for Canada and the United States.
Q. Can i pick up my order at the store?
A. You cannot order on the site if you are to pick it up at the store.
Q. Im looking for a specific part but cant see it on your site, can you order it?
A. Yes, we can get many more items, just email us or call. We are adding new items daily.
Q. Im getting my tires installed at my dealer, can i have my tires shipped there?
A. Absolutely! when doing your checkout just put your dealers or insatallers address and we will gladly ship there. For the Toronto area (GTA) we recommend Heritage Auto and Powersports at 24 Ingram Dr, North York, ON M6M 2L6 416-249-0422 ask for Daniel.
Q. Are the tires you sell new? are they seconds?
A. We carry approximately 300 to 400 tires in stock in season, we are Canada`s largest motorcycle tire reseller, so you can imagine that our inventory has a large turn around. Our tires are all brand new with recent dates on them. We inspect our tires when they arrive from our suppliers, if they are too old they are just returned to the supplier.
Q. Do you charge sales tax out of Quebec?
A. Yes, you pay respective tax for each province. For tires you do not pay the tire tax. Quebec excluded.
Q. Do you sell or distribute any of my information (email, phone number, etc)?
A. No, Petes Superbike does not distribute any information that you provide. We take personal information very seriuosly. We will never sell, loan, rent, offer, or give away any of the information that you provide to us.
Q. How do I find what model my motorcycle is?
A. Please check the exact year/make/model of your vehicle before placing a parts order. Look at your vehicle operator’s manual for specific vehicle information. You can often find model information on the steering head or frame.
Q. Do you sell OEM parts?
A. Yes we do sell OEM parts, Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, and Suzuki. The way it works is, you fill out the form in the top tool bar where it says OEM PARTS, you will need the Manufacturers part number(s) we will email you back the price. Then if you want to order you have to call us. We keep your form request on file so you dont have to repeat all your numbers. THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON OEM PARTS. If you are not sure of the part number for the color of you bike mention it in the comments box while filling out the form.
Q. I didnt recieve the right item i ordered, what do i do?
A. You have to contact us within 48 hours of recieving the item, we will issue you a return number, then we will have fedex pick it up at no charge. as soon as you provide us with the tracking number via phone or email and that we confirm that it was shipped , we will ship you out the right item.
Q. The item i recieved is damaged, what do i do?
A. You have to contact us within 48 hours of recieving the item, we will issue you a return number, then we will have fedex pick it up at no charge. We will send another item (same as ordered) out as soon as we get the tracking number.
Q. I ordered a Helmet and Apparel, they dont fit, can i return them?
A. Unfortuanately there are no returns on Helmets and Apparel. Please make sure you have the exact fit you need before ordering.
Q. Do you offer special prices for dealers/wholesalers?
A. If you own a motorcycle store you are certainly welcome to order from us. However, the prices will be the same as the ones advertised online.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Petes Superbike currently ships only to the Canada and United States, we do not ship to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses.
Q. I can't add items to my shopping cart, see my shopping cart or access my Account.
A. Petes Superbike requires your Internet browser to accept cookies in order to access the personalized portions of our website, such as the shopping cart and Your Account. Cookies are small bits of information that are sent by a website to be stored in your web browser to be read back from your browser the next time you return to that website.
